Terms and conditions for using our IT support services

By accessing and using Tenovex's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Tenovex provides comprehensive IT support services including but not limited to cloud services, network security, database support, custom application development, mobile app development, and AI services. Our services are designed to help businesses optimize their technology infrastructure and operations.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all managed services. If we fail to meet this standard, we will provide service credits as outlined in our SLA.
As a client, you agree to:
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' written notice. Existing clients will be grandfathered at their current rates for the remainder of their contract term.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This includes but is not limited to technical data, business plans, customer lists, and financial information.
All intellectual property rights in our services, including software, documentation, and methodologies, remain our property. Any custom development work will be subject to separate intellectual property agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenovex's liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure and agree to take appropriate measures to protect your own data and systems.
You may terminate our services with 30 days' written notice. Early termination may incur additional charges as outlined in your service agreement.
We may terminate services immediately if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in activities that compromise our systems or other clients.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [State/Country].
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes via email or through our service portal. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
